Hi Face Yogis! and soon to be Face Yogis!
Well it turns out that I'm waaaaay too busy to create classes and teach them this summer while it's the cupcake shop's busiest season.
But...... I still want to do a little teaching each week.
So........ I'm going to do the face yoga routines that I would normally practice, and
I'm inviting you to do them with me on Zoom!
20-25 minutes, no sign up, no commitments, no reminders, if you're there-- great! if you're not--fine too. If you're a little late, I'll still let you in.
If you're new- no worries--it will be easy to follow along.
